Cross-Country Migration
Guided Walking Performance

Cross-Country Migration is a walking performance designed for localities close to mountains or border regions. The audience is invited to take part in a playful dérive through the city, inspired by the sport of cross-country skiing. Together, we will walk with no predetermined route, guided instead by the group’s collective choices in response to the themes proposed during the performance.
The performance ‘Cross-Country Migration’ is part of the project From the Top of the Mountains We Can See Invisible Monuments, which is supported by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology and i2ADS – Research Institute of Art, Design and Society. The last edition in Bregenz was also supported by the Portuguese Directorate-General for the Arts and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
